Alun's Minecraft World

Spawn Area

The Lumberjack Guild
Lumberjack Guild
Located right at the spawn point next to the Tree Farm, the lumberjack guild is split into two levels. The upper level traders are located in their glass-windowed shops and allow you to trade wooden furniture, saplings and leaves back into the wooden logs that produced them. On the lower level in the open-fronted stalls, you can find further traders who trade the logs into other varieties of wood types.

Grubby Gordon
Grubby Gordon
At the south end of the Town Square, next to the Lumberjacks, you can find the home of Grubby Gordon Goatley. Gordon will buy all sorts of cooked food from you and is a great way to earn some cash.

Dye Trader
Dye Trader
To the west of the Spawn Point, just behind the Llama Station, you can find the Dye Trader. There are multiple traders inside where you can trade coal, cooked Cactus Green or Red Dye into any of the base colours. Cactus and Beetroom are easily farmed and the base colours can be merged to create any of the Dye colours.

Seed Shop
Seed Shop
Heading east and located just down the stairs from the spawn point, underneath the Mission Jobs Board, you can find the Seed Shop. The Seed shop sells all types of seed to get your farms up and running, and also trades excess seeds into the goods they eventually produce if you had grown them.

Dirtman
Dirt Trader
Dennis the Dirt Trader can be found underneath the bridge that crosses the chasm below the village. Stand at the Well outside of the Seed Shop and look north, and you'll spot the sign on his roof. The Dirtman exchanges all of the most primative blocks - dirt, gravel, sand and cobblestone - which is a handy way to get rid of junk or prepare a stack for glass and clay at the other traders.

Brickworks
Brickworks
Just over the bridge from Dennis you'll find the Brickworks. Here you can trade various primative blocks like Sand and Bricks around the different types of blocks. Also handy here is the Cement Mixer who will trade Cement Powder into Blocks without having to mess around with water.

Flag Trader
Flag Trader
Continuing east through the Spawn Village we get to the Blacksmith house where you can find the Flag Trader. Make a basic White Banner by placing a stick and 6 wool on a crafting table, and this banner can then be traded with one of the extra ingredienst to get a pre-designed flag!

Overland Loot
Overland Loot
Just past the blacksmith and next to the Teleport Arrival Pad you can find a little house which is the home to the Overland Loot Rewards. Here you can hand-in the various items dropped by the creatures of the overland world in exchange for iron currency.

Stable Master
Stable Master
The last house on the eastern road before we leave the village is the Stable Master. Here you can trade in your apples and carrots for Golden Food, or get Saddles, Barding, Leashes and Name Tags. There are also a few spare horses in the stables if you fancy breeding yourself a horse, donkey or mule to ride on.

Clay Pit
Clay Pit
As we continue east outside the spawn and over the little bridge we come to the Clay Pit. Here you can trade-back any colour clay back into the raw materials that made it. There's also a storage house for the coloured Clay blocks, or as Amelia would say "It's Terracota Actually!"

Armourer
Armourer
Hidden in the upper levels of the high-rise buildings to the south of the Tree Farm you can find some armourers who provide some nice Enchanted Armour. Of course, you need to find them first and they are very shy. There's also a Chain Mail trader in the ground floor who isn't hiding so well as the others.

Player Skulls
Skull Factory
Along the river side you can find the Skull Factory, with a pretty balcony and nice little fishing spot. You're not here for the piscine provisioning though, as upstairs you can find some buttons that will give you the skulls of your fellow players!
I feel like this needs a menacing "Bwa-Ha-Ha!" sound effect.

North

Mineral Mike and the Skullduggery
Minerals and Skulls
Head west out of the spawn village and take the north fork in the road, or if you prefer you can head north out of the village past the big storage house and then turn west after the bridge. Eventually you'll come to the gravel cliffs where Mineral Mike's shop sits way up on the peak. You can follow the path to the dark tower of "Barrad Dave", and then try to find the hidden path up to the peaks. Mineral Mike sits on the higher peak and up-trades Coal into Iron, Gold, Emeralds and Diamonds. Over on the smaller peak is the Skullduggery Store where you can buy monster skulls and create your own Wither beast!

Dave's new Thing!
Dave's new thing
After the dark tower of "Barrad Dave", follow the path east and then north to his UFO, and then further on a long journey through forests and tunnels until you eventually emerge at...
Well, it started as a Keep, and then a submerged dome over at the side, and then a sheep farm, and it kind of got out of hand.
Whatever this place is, there's plenty to keep you occupied. Start with the Giant Sheep where you can trade wool back into string for re-threading. The White Wool trader will also trade wool into Sand and Gravel that's ideal for making Concrete. Next up we have the Slime trader but the entrance into the middle of the slime is hidden in the Infernal Rail Machine. Finally we have the Great Library where you can trade your Enchanted Books for the fabled currency of Unbreakable Books. Some of the book traders also offer special items, becuase nobody have built a better place for these things yet.

Dave's Aviary
Dave's Aviary
Dave's big thingy just keeps on growing. At the back of the big castle, up a few floors, is the Great Parrot Aviary. Just outside the doors is Captain Parrot the Second of his name who will trade you ULTRA RARE PARROT EGGS!

South

King James Shopping Centre
King James Shopping Centre
It's better than Milton Keynes, it's better than Newport arcade. Its the King James Shopping Centre! There are lots of shops here, but the most unique is the Bow trader who will trade normal arrows for the enchanted kind.
Pew-pew, boing, twang!

The Podzol Hut
Podzol and Cobblestone Hut
Just outside of James' little village is a dirty little Podzol hut where Penelope Podzol will trade dirt and netherwart into ugly Podzol.
She'll also convert cobblestone furniture back into cobblestone, for those of you who made too many half-slabs or fences.

East

Prismarine House
Prismarine House
Follow the roads East from the Spawn Village and you'll get the James' Great Bridge. Just over the otherside, behind the big tower, you'll find a subtle house that hides a Prismarine Block trader. He really needs to be moved to a more Prismarine themed home.

West

Bobbett's Aviary
Bobbett's Aviary
Way off to the Western Lands lies an obscure jungle. Hidden within is the tiny hamlet of Bobbett's Home. Famous for getting people lost, strange whistling sounds coming from the jungle, and the most unusual lever-powered teleport ever made, this little hovel is guarded by Zebra the Cat! If you have a problem and no one else can help, if you can find him... maybe you can hire... Captain Parrot the 1st of his name, who will provide you with Parrot Eggs.

Nether

Nether Loot
Nether Loot
If you venture through Dave's UFO portal you'll appear right next to the Nether Loot Rewards. Here you can trade in the items dropped by the Nether critters for Gold currency. Don't forget you can merge two broken swords that are dropped by the zombie pigmen to repair them up for exchange.
